UMG has entered into a multi-faceted agreement with renowned songwriter and prolific hitmaker Diane Warren. Ms. Warren’s award-winning Realsongs catalog will now be administered by UMPG and she will serve as a global A&R consultant for UMG’s recorded music artists around the world. “This is an incredible opportunity to have my songs handled by the world’s leading publishing company, with an aggressive and proven team that will ensure our creative efforts are maximized. And at the same time, being given a unique platform that will provide special access to working with UMG’s recording artists on a global basis,” said Ms. Warren.
