Rae Morris, the talented 21-year-old singer and songwriter from Blackpool released the debut album “Unguarded”, which was announced with singles “Do You Even Know?”, “Cold (feat. Fryars )” and “Closer”.
This hypnotic debut album brings 12 tracks produced by Ariel Rechtsataid, Fryars and Jim Eliot and represents an exceptional piece of work in which we can recognize the influence of the famous vocalists of various genres of music.
In the song “Love Again” Rae recalls the dreamy atmosphere of Coldplay’s “A Sky Full of Stars” and the “This Time”, on the other hand, is melancholic piano work that directly evokes the best days of Enya and Joanna Newsom.
Rae Morris begins the album with atmospheric song “Skin” which is introduction in the Rae’s authentic atmosphere.
