‘Ostavit ću se flaše’ is the new hit single of Songkillers. Singer, guitarist and author of Songkillers Željko Bane Banić, performs this song with the famous rapper and producer Baby Dooks, who is not only a singer but also a co-author of the song. Despite many years of friendship, this is the first time that the two musicians recorded the song together.
Bane and Baby Dooks perfectly fit in the song ‘Ostavit ću se flaše’ and if the previous Songkillers track ‘Sve si uzela’ had a positive sign, this has it even more. The song was recorded in a reggae style, but with unique and distinctive sound of Songkillers, which we know and love for 15 years. After a summer hit ‘Sve si uzela’, time is for the winter hit ‘Ostavit ću se flaše’.
‘Song in a humorous and grotesque way shows in what state people can end when exaggerate with alcohol’, says Željko Bane Banić, and suggests to all wine lovers to be careful with alcohol, especially now when holidays arriving.
Although Bane and Baby Dooks knows each other for years their friendship is now officially recorded.
‘I needed someone who will on hyperrealist way show the state of drunkenness, and I think that the Baby Dooks here was an excellent choice’ said Bane, adding that the song is in reggae style because he loves afro-American music, but also because that style somehow best goes with the feeling of drunkenness.
